A group of Chinese journalists accompanied China’s President Xi Jinping to California for his first visit to the United States in six years. If you saw any of their reports, you might have noticed something striking: they presented amicable, positive, and friendly reports extolling the virtues of peace and getting along, and the win-win benefits that could come from better Sino-US relations.
