Blue by LaTour

The song Blue by LaTour is probably better known from the bathroom club scene in Basic Instinct. In case you’re wondering, the first song in that club scene is called “Rave, The Rhythm“ by Channel X. A friend of mine tracked this down eventually after the movie came out. Does anyone know what type of techno/electronica this would be considered? Thanks for watching.
