3 medium-sized green tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp hot sauce
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1-2 tsp Cajun seasoning or seasoning salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
vegetable oil for frying
