Steering wheels to upright rows

This move targets your shoulders entirely. Don’t go too heavy here. You might not feel it after five reps, but then suddenly you will feel the burn! This is one of my favorite supersets for shoulders. You can use a paper plate if you are a beginner or a basketball/soccer ball.
