Emily’s Pole Fitness, Level 2 PDC Syllabus

Here is my PDC Level 2 Syllabus. This is just s guide and I know some moves may seem too difficult to be in this level but from my teaching experience I have included moves that I feel can be achieved at this level. All comments and input is welcome as it all helps towards the PDC Syllabus. I have named pole seats etc as I see them, again remember this is just a guide so please feel free to leave comments.
