Ugly American [TNO Meme]

Three months ago, the Ugly American update for TNO released. An initially crash-heavy release, this turned out to be fundamentally broken in other ways, too. Much of the lag issue has since been resolved, rendering Ugly American (eventually) one of the best updates to TNO in a long time.
