Kevin OAK 912 Lb TrapBar Deadlift / 684 Lb Sumo Deadlift

Another TrapBar PR, definitely seeing a direct relationship between TrapBar Deadlifts and squat strength. Since I started doing the TrapBar Deadlifts I can tell my leg strength has increased a lot. Also did some sumo pulling today from 3 inches. Although I’m a conventional puller I find it very important to do sumo pulls to keep my hips and hamstrings strong especially since I squat with a closer stance now. It’s very easy to neglect your hips and hamstrings with the more quad dominant narrower stances. I c
