A very brief and basic overview of some of the main Goth subgenres. Of course this doesn’t included every single sub-subgenre, or sub-category within genres. Gothic Rock, for example, has many iterations -- be it Western, Operatic, or Folk-infused versions. There’s a lot of material out there, and this was made by request of some viewers who wanted an easy way to compare some of the main subgenres of Goth music.
