Roosevelt as an inspiration of the U.N. and says that although suspicion has arisen amongst the great Powers, this has been mainly caused by Great Power disagreement outside the United Nations. He cites example of Palestine trouble being settled without a general war breaking out. Evatt makes a strong plea to nations to give permanent support to the United Nations and Charter.
