Watercolor Painting | Backyard Little Bird

Today we’ll be drawing the American Goldfinch, a common backyard bird. This little bird can be heard chirping in the early morning. We’ll be using a variety of techniques today. I’ll be starting with the “Wet in Wet” technique for the background and later on will also use the “Dry Brush” technique for the tree branch. Using a variety of techniques will add richness and depth to the painting. If you’d like, let me know in the comments down below and I can post a “How To” video on these and other techniques.
