A reputed selector and producer, Jon came through the UK underground in the early 2000’s as a resident DJ at the legendary slinky in Bournemouth. During his decorated career, Jon has collaborated with artists including Alan Fitzpatrick and Reset Robot and gained support from the likes of Adam Beyer, Sasha, Loco Dice and many more. An evocative track that pairs hefty breaks and an engulfing synth riff, ‘Lion’ is “about the courage that you need to summon for situations where you need to take a leap of faith.” Jon goes on about the track’s contrasting emotions; “maybe you’ve got to find some positivity in a dark or sad situation, or there’s a big change coming and it feels scary.
