GIMP Tutorial : Glowing Neon Lines Effect

In this Tutorial, I will demonstrate How to create a neon glowing lines photo in GIMP. The Basic concept in making something glowing for any shape, it’s the duplicated original layer with blur. We can change the color of the glow in Hue and Saturation in the Colors Tab.
