This is a short, complete simulation of an ancient radio-intro (interval signal and intro) of the German service of Radio Moscow (on shortwave) during the Cold War. The melody of this interval signal comes from a very russian patriotic song “Shiroka strana moja rodnaja“ (Russian: Широка страна моя родная) from a movie, called “Circus“ (USSR 1936). Translated into English the title means „Wide is My Motherland“.
