edamame mash ingredients: 1 1/2 cups shelled & cooked edamame 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves 1 tbsp fresh dill fronds 1/4 tsp ground mustard 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until a mash is formed. It’s the consistency between hummus and egg salad 2. You can add any toppings you like but we really like extra vegan mayo, sauerkraut, spinach, and tomato chickpea tuna ingredients: 1 x 15 ox can chickpeas, drained & rinsed 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 1/3 cup dill pickles, finely chopped 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning (you could also just add a combo of spices like cumin, paprika, chili powder etc.) 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp ground pepper
