In our ‘TO THE LIMIT’ series, the naked focus is on taking a sledgehammer to that aerobic threshold, knocking it down and building you back up with a mix of threshold, supra-threshold and VO2max efforts that will make your FTP squeal! WEEK 7 - Threshold with Vo2 step up and build finish We’re continuing our ‘stepping up’ theme this week some threshold to V02max steps that finish in a sprint build. The imagined context is something like a crit or the last hour of a road race where you are pretty much on the limit throughout until that final 10-15mins of pure chaos and lactate! This session is a belter and at week 7, we’re now getting into the really serious stuff!
