Global leaders are united in their outrage and condemnation over the death of jailed Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny and are calling on the Kremlin to clarify the circumstances around his death. G7 foreign affairs ministers, including Canada’s Mélanie Joly, met on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in Germany on Saturday, where they observed a minute of silence to honour Navalny.
