The Don’t Pay campaign in Britain gathers pace, in protest against rising energy bills

A protest movement against the dreadful cost of electricity and gas has been launched. The aim is to encourage consumers to sign a pledge that they will refuse to pay the electricity and gas bills which are due on October 1st.
