Hey guys! In this video I will show you how to build bigger chest at home only using bodyweight, no weights at all and based only on push ups!
Workout exercises:
1. Push Ups 3 sets x 20 reps
2. Shoulder Drop Push Ups 3 sets (till failure)
3. T-Push Ups 3 sets (till failure)
4. Push Ups 4x1 (4 second down 1 second up) 3 sets (till failure)
Rest between sets and exercises 60 seconds!
