Workout exercises: 1. Push Ups 3 sets x 20 reps 2. Shoulder Drop Push Ups 3 sets (till failure) 3. T-Push Ups 3 sets (till failure) 4. Push Ups 4x1 (4 second down 1 second up) 3 sets (till failure) Rest between sets and exercises 60 seconds!
