Knightsbridge, London. C/U of a glamorous young woman wearing a black velvet dress. She is looking down at a small brooch she is wearing, which is actually a State Trumpeter Fob watch. The camera moves down to a C/U of the watch, she opens the brooch to reveal the watch face then closes it up again. M/S of five different designs of clocks on a table. C/U of a gold clock in the shape of a ship’s wheel, the camera moves down over the face and the narrator says it also features a barometer, thermometer and hygrometer. It also has little ships on the face. C/U of a square gold carriage clock, the narrator tells us it works by atmospheric pressure, the camera pans down to show the mechanism just beneath the clock face.
