HDPE Knife Handle - Recycled Plastic Chef’s Knife Scales

In this video we turn recycled plastic HDPE bottles into a set of knife scales for this beautiful chef’s knife that was sent to us by Bespoke Bloke Designs. We made a custom knife scale plywood mould for this and then ripped the blank in half to give us a matching pair. From looking around on YouTube and Instagram, we can’t find anyone else that has used HDPE as scales on a chef’s knife in this way.
