Sausage & Tortellini Soup - Comfort

Sausage and tortellini soup is an earthy and comforting dish. Made with a simple combination of sweet Italian sausage, rainbow tortellini, vegetables, white beans, and seasoning, this soup is heavenly. I always have it served up with some garlic bread. Believe me, even the kids will love it. As with any soup, you can alter the ingredients according to your liking. One key element to the dish is use the sausage of your choice or your favourite sausage. This will make the world of difference. The rest of the ingredient amounts you can alter too.
