SHORT MUSICAL FILM Безумно Дирижируя “В ПЕЩЕРЕ ГОРНОГО КОРОЛЯ“ “In The HALL Of The MOUNTAIN KING“

Link to the original - This is my first work as a director, something like a short musical film)) And the peculiarity of this work is that the video image in it (during the sound of Grieg’s famous ominously fascinating work “In the Hall of the Mountain King“) is subordinated to music. That’s right, and not the other way around, when the music serves only as an “accompaniment“ for the video. The idea came to me a long time ago about the principle of subordination of filming to music - so that the camera movements, the actor’s intra-frame movements, and editing depend on music (and ideally also so that the light with color correction are synchronous with each musical change). I called it a hybrid word “musicinema“/“musicinemarts“)) Here, this idea has been implemented so far only by about 50-60 percent. But nevertheless, it has already given an additional special impression! 🔥🔥 As a symbol of this idea (and a promise to strive for its implementation in the future), at the very beginning of the video, the screensaver is given on behalf of a seemingly existing film company - although this video was just created by a few friends)) In addition, the shooting took place in technically rather limited circumstances (as they say, “on a knee“): the camera was only on the hands, without the ability to quickly focus the lens (i.e., without the ability to avoid blurring the image in time), without lighting devices and without any means at all to help shooting. The whole film crew is just me and my two friends...     But “musicinemarts“ does not make up this short film entirely: the musical performance is still framed here before and after so that a kind of micro-“plot“ turns out. Это нечто вроде короткометражного музыкального фильма)) И его особенность - в том, что видеоизображение в ней (в период звучания знаменитого зловеще-увлекательного произведения Грига “В пещере горного короля“) подчинено музыке. Именно так, а не наоборот, когда музыка служит лишь “сопровождением“ для видео. Ко мне еще давно пришла идея о принципе подчинения киносъемки музыке - чтобы именно от музыки зависели и движения камеры, и внутрикадровые движения актера, и монтаж (а в идеале еще и чтобы свет с цветокоррекцией были синхронны с каждым музыкальным изменением). Я назвал это словом-гибридом “музыкино“)) Здесь эта идея воплощена пока лишь примерно на 50-60 процентов. Но тем не менее это уже дало дополнительное особое впечатление! 🔥🔥 В качестве символа этой идеи (и обещания стремиться к ее воплощению в дальнейшем) в самом начале видео дается заставка от имени словно бы существующей кинокомпании - хотя создали это просто несколько друзей)) К тому же съемка проходила в технически довольно ограниченных обстоятельствах (как говорят, “на коленке“): камера только на руках, без возможности быстрой фокусировки объектива (т.е. без возможности вовремя избегать расплывчатости изображения), без приборов освещения и вообще без каких-либо средств, помогающих съемке... Вся съемочная группа - я и еще двое человек. Да к тому же это мой первый опыт в качестве еще и режиссера... 🙄😁 Тем не менее, в итоге большей частью получилось реализовать то виденье, которое я создал в воображении. Но “музыкино“ не составляет эту короткометражку целиком: музыкальное исполнение все же здесь обрамлено до и после так, что получается некий микро-“сюжет“.
