Electron aborted launch

The launch of Rocket Lab’s Electron launch vehicle with the “PREFIRE and Ice” mission, the second of two identical 6U CubeSats for NASA PREFIRE (Polar Radiant Energy in the Far-InfraRed Experiment) mission, was aborted “due to an out-of-family sensor reading“ from Pad B at Rocket Lab Launch Complex 1 in Mahia, New Zealand, on 1 June 2024, at 03:44 UTC (15:44 NZST).
