Strawberry Harvest 2022: Picking Strawberries!!!!!! In today’s video, I am very excited to be able to see the Jewel Strawberry developed at Cornell University in person at Barrie Hill Farms in Springwater, Ontario, Canada. I learn how to grow strawberries and the process of harvesting these delicious and beautiful berries! The Gervais Family has been growing strawberries since 1977. Morris Gervais, 2nd generation farmer is giving me a special tour of his strawberry fields. I learn the secret to irrigating them too. This is a fantastic family farm and a terrific opportunity to buy local and you can even pick your own! I can’t believe how delicious and juicy these strawberries are!
