In The Court Of The Crimson King - Michael Quatro ft Ted Nugent (1972)
“In The Court Of The Crimson King“ featuring Ted Nugent from the 1972 debut album of Michael Quatro (& The Jam Band) called “Paintings“. An excellent cover of Crimson King’s most symphonic composition. Michael’s version is rather trustful to the original but his extraordinary piano & synth skills bring new dimension to this amazing tune. His nostalgic mellotron playin’ and moog sound effects makes it less darker and more sensitive as a composition!
