🌼Make the yeast mixture: Put 1/4 tsp () instant dry yeast, 5g sugar, and 45-50g water or 50-60g milk in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
🌼Make the white dough: Put 100g all-purpose flour in a bowl, add the yeast mixture and stir them to form a shaggy dough, add 4g vegetable oil, and then knead it into a smooth dough.
🌼Make the dough for the fish body: Take 50g of the white dough, knead it into a smooth ball. Set aside.
🌼Make the dough for the eyes: Take 2g of the white dough, add a little cocoa powder, and knead until the color is even. Set aside.
