British Columbia wildfires: Federal ministers announce support measures – July 2, 2021

In a virtual news conference, ministers Bill Blair (public safety and emergency preparedness), Harjit Sajjan (national defence), Carla Qualtrough (employment, workforce development and disability inclusion), and Jonathan Wilkinson (environment and climate change) make an announcement concerning federal support for British Columbia, where extreme heat and dry conditions have resulted in dozens of wildfires.
