Bach BWV 988 “Goldberg“ Variations Borromeo Quartet (arr. Kitchen) 2017

The Borromeo String Quartet in 2017 gave the first performances of Nicholas Kitchen’s arrangement of the Bach “Goldberg“ Variations BWV 988 for String Quartet. Nicholas created this video by combining footage of the first four performances: April 21, 2017 for Music for a Great Space in Greensboro, NC; April 23, 2017 for the St. Stephen’s Concert Series in Durham, NC; April 30, 2017 for Music For Food at the New England Conservatory of Music and May 5, 2017 for the Classical Convergence Series at Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO.
