Yoga Exercises from Above! In this video, I will do yoga exercises while you can watch me from above! I will start by doing a “reclining hand to big toe“ pose. From there, I will lay on my back and do a “reclining seated angle“ pose with both legs extended outward in a split. Next, I will do a variation of the “deaf man“ pose. This will stretch your legs. The next exercise, I will do an “extended puppy“ pose. This will really stretch your back. The last part of the exercise routine, I will do a “seated straddle“ pose.
