Creating Geometric Animations Using Mograph Tools and Deformers in Cinema 4D Tutorial

I have a fun tutorial today. I’m going to show you the process of making looping geometric shapes and patterns, using the mograph tools and deformers. Requirements to follow along, a basic understanding of the Cloner, Effectors and Fields. This is a great way to combat a creative block, to learn about effectors, fields and blending modes. What I am showing you today is only the tip of the iceberg and there’s a myriad of possibilities and combinations you can explore to create something new and exciting! If you are new to Cinema 4D or even if you are an old stalwart like myself, you’ll find these are fun to make. It doesn’t matter what version of Cinema 4D you are using, you’ll get something out of this. However, when using fields you will need versions R20 and beyond, but you can get similar effects by layering effectors in the Cloner Object, you just won’t be able to blend them. I tried to keep this tutorial to the point, it’s easy to end up down a rabbit hole with th
