Stir and cover leaving a little bit of the lid ajar. Simmer for about 45 minutes, until the water has reduced to half. Strain the liquid, making sure to press the leaves inside the strainer. Add the honey and stir until dissolved. Transfer to a jar and cover. Refrigerate for up to five weeks. Take 1 teaspoon every 2 hours to help with your cough.
