. Neon Chiffon Fabric Roses

In this video, I make these beautiful roses out of Neon colored Chiffon fabric. Neon Colors are the current fashion trend in this Spring season. These roses are perfect for making wedding or party bouquet but they are also suitable for any occasion, and can be used to enhance any fashion accessory.
