Somewhere between 7 ft 7 in ( m) and 7 ft 9 in ( m), he was the tallest basketball player in the United States during the two years he played for his college team, the University of North Carolina at Asheville (UNCA) Bulldogs, and may have been the tallest player in the history of college basketball.
