Longfield, Kent. Students at this modern state school learn about finances in the real world by setting up their own bank. M/S of two school boys, one is leaning against a wall to write a cheque which he goes on to exchange with the other boy for a pair of football boots. M/S of two schoolgirls - one writes a cheque for the other’s hockey stick. C/U of an antiquated printing press, tilt up to show a teacher and two school boys. Various shots of the teacher feeding bits of paper into the press to make the cheque books. M/S of a school girl taking a cheque to a girl and two boys behind a counter.
