Kathak Duet- Anjali Munjal and Sakshi Tandon

Beginning with the invocatory Shiv Vandana, depicting the first shloka of ’Abhinaya Darpan’ by Nandikeshwar, the duo present a few beautiful bandishes in Jeen taal, thereafter leading to an expressional sequence of Nayikas-Abhisarika, decorating herself to meet her lover, Virhotkanthita-feeling dejected in his absence, Khandita-getting annoyed doubting mischief and later the happiness created by finally meeting, concluding the recital with a melodious chaturang set in Raga Maalgunji. Performed at ’Amaiza’
