This year DTES Small Arts Grants celebrates our 10-year anniversary. To celebrate a decade of support for DTES artists we hear the stories of four special grantees: - Rudolf Penner, painter, whose latest work was showcased at the Gallery Gachet; - Vanessa Walterson, artist and chef, who creates unique, contemporary cedar hats; - Eva Cho, traditional Chinese and folk dancer, who recently showcased her latest work; and - Karah Walker and sisters of “Little Crescent“, who create handmade bead and leather crafts.
