More than 30 police officers have been injured in anti-government protests near the parliament building in Tbilisi, the Georgian Interior Ministry said in a statement. “In violence, 32 employees of the Georgian Interior Ministry were injured. Some of them suffered severe injuries in the head, eyes and other parts of the body. Of those, 13 required surgery,” the statement reads.
