Introductory intertitle reads: “Many years ago we used to sing about a mythical fellow named “Whistling Rufus“. Today we’ve found his counterpart.“ L/S of a one man band. An elderly man plays the harmonica, banjo, guitars, tambourine, drums etc. Various shots of him playing away. He even plays a cello which is on a stand almost horizontal.
