Crime and Punishment In the DPR, Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter Andrei Skorina was sentenced to life imprisonment for shooting a column of refugees in Mariupol. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office. According to investigators, on March 31, on Nikopolsky Avenue in Mariupol, the convict shot at a convoy of civilian cars with white ribbons, in which refugees were traveling.
