SMW ASM Boss: Metronome Togepi (For TGHO2)

This is the ASM SMW boss that I was working on for my SMW hack - The Great Hunt Offensive 2 (TGHO2). The boss is a Pokemon called Metronome Togepi, which is a 32x32 size boss that uses Metronome on every attack. There are 6 different attacks, with a huge advantage towards creating the eggs.
