How to Engrave Acrylic Dice on a Diode Laser Cutter

In this episode, I share my process for engraving dice, and test it on a variety of different colors of acrylic blank dice. Having read that the blue laser in a diode laser cutter cannot cut or engrave white, blue or clear acrylic, I was curious to see which colors of dice would work on my new diode laser. The good news is that because I always use masking when engraving dice, my WeCreat Vision diode laser cutter could engrave most of what I tested. The other challenge I faced was using the Vision’s mandatory autofocus on such a small target as a die. I was able to solve that as well by using a jig and working with nine dice at a time.
