Bubble Bread
This is a bread with a bubble design. It is made from 2 pieces of dough: the main dough is presented in my previous video “65% hydration sourdough bread“ () and the second one is made with discarded sourdough and cocoa powder.

- 85g discarded sourdough
- 85g all-purpose flour
- 30g water
- 7g cocoa powder
