This is an easy workout to mobilise all the joints and build a good structure in the body. Working up to the Neutral Stance which is the most relaxed position for your body to be in If you were floating in space! Hence “anti-gravity“ workout. However this needs some work to hold when we are standing here in gravity. We need to fight against gravity to hold ourselves upright and the trick is to do this in the most efficient way.
