Bolt Thrower Live at Folkets hus, Fagersta, Sweden (11 Jan 1992)

Digitised from my master tapes. I filmed Dismember and Benediction from the side of the venue. Not very inconspicuously though. The great thing with all the gigs at Fagersta was that the promotors themselves were into the underground with tape trading, demos and DIY in general, so no one cared about a camcorder or a tape recorder. As Benediction finished their set the tour manager, or at least someone in charge, came up to me and told me to follow him backstage. He DID care! Frankly, I thought I’d lose my material and get a good yelling at for bootlegging the show. Backstage Karl Willets told me I could video Bolt Thrower’s show but that he wanted the master tapes afterwards and he’d send me copies. He was really nice, mind you. No bad attitude in any way. So, what’s to do? I agreed of course and that’s why Bolt Thrower is filmed straight in front of the stage, standing on a chair.
