How do drug cartels use submarines and semi-submersibles to smuggle cocaine underwater? | DW News

Mexico’s navy says it has made its largest-ever drug bust at sea, seizing cargo worth at least 100 million dollars. The operation saw the confiscation of some 8.4 metric tons of drugs - along with boats and a submersible vessel.
