Super8 8mm Film - Baltimore 2020

My first time recording with a Bauer C6 Makro Super8 camera from Malaysia. No After Effects here :). The footage itself is unedited, just color corrected. I recorded a few seconds of film every time I was feeling present, then developed the 8mm and made a soundtrack to it by using original instrumentation, old recordings, and music created together with friends. I asked them to read my poetry I’ve been writing during these times. The hope is that this serves as a time-capsule to allow these memories to fully sink in and allow them to be revisited and strengthened. Thx to those who made 2020 bearable.
