Total Overdose Full Game Walkthrough with all story missions recorded on PC in 4K Ultra HD. The player assumes control of Ramiro “Ram“ Cruz: once a lowlife criminal, now a lowlife DEA agent. He has been sent in to the Mexican city Los Toros by his twin brother Timmy, who wants Ram to find out who killed their father Ernesto, who was suddenly killed during a mission. The player is tasked with infiltrating Mexico’s biggest drug cartel, and will battle it out with Mexican drug dealers, luchadores, guerrilla soldiers, and many more unusual foes. Some notes about the game: Total Overdose pretty much combines elements from GTA, Max Payne and Dead to Rights and mixes them together into one bloody Mexican-style cocktail! The Over-the-top violence and ridiculous humour makes this an absolute gem from 2005 and one of my favourite games from that year. The gunplay is wild and satisfying yet the driving feels strange, though driving isn’t a big part of the game and mostly optional. Exploring the open-world is engaging with rewarding pick-ups scattered around and plenty of side missions making it a worthy venture.
