Abe, Putin agree to meet in Russia

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to arrange an unofficial visit to Russia by Abe. Japan-Russia relations have been hampered by a decades-long territorial dispute over four islands, known as the Northern Territories in Japan, and the Southern Kurils in Russia.
