Saving an old steel bicycle frame. Short video showing the a steel bicycle frame being transformed. The Bob Jackson frame with Reynolds 531 tubing was from an epic fail video we recently did. The aluminium seat post had completely seized into the steel frame. After many hours trying to release it we finally gave in to caustic soda with reacted and melted the seat post. We then had the frame repainted and the results are stunning. I hope that this video gives you some ideas, help and inspiration in your own bicycle projects.
