For Manchurian Balls -
Grated Cabbage - 1 Cup
Grated Carrot-1/2 Cup
Chopped Onion - 2
Chopped Capsicum-1 Chopped Spring Onion
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
Soy Sauce 1tbsp
All Purpose Flour/Maida - 3/4 Cup Cornflour 1/2 Cup
Mix everything nicely and make balls. Fry them in hot oil until golden.
For Sauce :-
Oil - 2tbsp
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 1tbsp
Chopped Onion-2
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Capsicum-1 Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2tbsp Red Chilli Sauce - 1tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1tbsp
Cornflour Slurry(Cornflour Water)
Water - 2tbsp Spring Onion
